In our kitchen we mainly process seasonal products from the region. Our large vegetable garden provides our guests with fresh vegetables, crisp fruit and fine herbs throughout the year.
A special concern to us is the honest and respectful handling of food as well as its sustainable use. Starting in spring when we can already harvest a variety of kitchen herbs, June onwards brings us salad and vegetables. In July begins the apricot and fruit harvest, then in autumn the pumpkins ripen and the season comes to an end.
