Let's explore Melk!

The city of Melk is located at the edge of the Wachau region and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The famous Melk Abbey is definitely worth seeing as is the picturesque city itself.

Through the beautiful Melk leads a "red thread". Or actually 4 because there are still the "Golden Steps", the "Blue Wave" and the "Green Path", the new Melk themed trails. Starting point is the Kolomanibrunnen at the town hall square, from which one can explore the city. Enjoy a nice day out in one of the most beautiful cities of the Wachau.
